Today I am sharing a very quick recipe which you all will enjoy-

- 250 gms bhindi
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons ground corn meal flour
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
Cut
the round end off each piece of Bhindi and slice lengthwise into 4 thin slices
and spread on a tray. In a bowl mix together ground corn meal, salt, chili
powder, garam masala. Sprinkle mixture on bhindi slices and toss gently so
that bhindi pieces are evenly coated. Divide into 4 batches.
Heat
oil in a no-stick frying pan on medium-high heat. Fry each portion of bhindi
pieces, ensuring the slices don’t stick to each other. Remove from pan to a
plate when they are crispy and cooked.
Repeat
with the remaining batch. Add a little more vegetable oil as needed.
Once
all the batches are done, toss with more salt and garam masala before serving.
